The Importance of Being Flexible

Well, I'll be changing my Easter brunch menu.  It seems that late Easter and odd weather means that Meyer lemons are no longer available where I live, so I can't make the Meyer lemon tart.

So, I need to substitute.  Right now, I'm thinking lemon pound cake with a raspberry-Grand Marnier coulis.  That'll be yummy, right?
